What is the dynamics and the way of learning? Is BABOK sufficient for the certification preparation? When can we be sure that we are ready for the exam?
The second part of the lecture involved topics related to the right requirement package choice: "Requirement package", based on the example of a complex project that demonstrates the importance of good communication and which clarified what is the role of the requirement package definition in the business process analysis, what is a "good " requirement package and what influences the selection of the requirement package, so that a certain complex project full of risks can be successful.
An interesting topic was announced by the Associate Miroslav Aničin, after the implementation of the project - for about a year, which would be based on the experience after the project implementation: "Planned, selected and implemented package of project requirements."
