Lecture on Business analysis – experience from practice held

At the beginning of October, 2013 in the organization of business analysists – IIBA Serbia, in the premisses of the Institute of Economic Sciences a new lecture cycle called Business analysis – experience from practice started.

On 24 October, 2013 Professor Alempije Veljović, PhD, form the Faculty of Technical Sciences from Čačak gave a lecture called „To Be or Not To Be As Is“.

The lecture didn`t just incorporate the presentation of the project activities themselves, but above all, the impressions about analysis project of the given business system. The lecturer presented an objective insight related to the expectations, remarkable anticipated results, as well as the support of top management. In addition, based on his own experience he also presented the lessons on team member interaction.
