International scientific conference ”Post Crisis Recovery”

An international scientific conference, "Post Crisis Recovery," – was opened at the National Bank of Serbia on March 5. The Belgrade Banking Academy and the Institute of Economic Sciences organized the conference.

The conference was opened by the Vice Governor of the National Bank of Serbia, Veselin Pješčić, deputy director of the Institute of Economic Sciences, Ivan Stošić, Ph.D. and Dean of Belgrade Banking Academy Prof. Hasan Hanić, Ph.D. The opening ceremony was attended by Vice Governors Diana Dragutinovic and Ana Gligorijevic, director of the Bureau for supervision of financial institutions Đorđe Jevtić, president of the Securities Exchange Commission of the Republic of Serbia Zoran Ćirović, chief economist of the Central Bank of Montenegro Nikola Fabris, Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy Renata Pindžo, and prominent economics professor Ljubomir Madžar.

The conference was attended by eminent scientists from France, Portugal, Turkey, Romania, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and Serbia, as well as representatives of banks, insurance companies, the National Bank of Serbia, and the Securities Exchange Commission of the Republic of Serbia.

The second day of the international scientific conference "Post Crisis Recovery" was held at the Institute of Economic Sciences and Belgrade Banking Academy on March 6. Authors have presented their work in two-panel sessions, after which they draw conclusions from the conference
