Institute of Economic Sciences is a co-organizer of the international scientific conference on Social, Political, and Economic Change in the Western Balkans organized within the Regional Research Promotion Programme in the Field of Social Sciences in the Western Balkans for the fourth time. The conference takes place in Sarajevo, Bosnia, and Herzegovina on 25th-26th May 2012.
It gathers more than 120 participants focusing on topics related to the Western Balkans. The conference aims to provide opportunities for researchers handling the region to present and discuss their research projects and papers, as well as to create networking opportunities and an environment supporting the exchange of ideas to foster further cooperation within the region and beyond.
