Constituent assembly of the Association of Business Analyst - IIBA Serbia held

On 9 May 2012, the constituent assembly of the Association of Business Analysts - IIBA Serbia was held on the IES premises.

Mr. Vladimir Manić, a member of the Initial Board, chaired the meeting.

Professor Dejan Erić, Ph.D., IES Director, welcomed the guests and supported the establishment of the Association.

The Association of Business Analysts - IIBA Serbia is established by the rules of the International Institute of Business Analysis - IIBA for establishing local associations - the branches.

The agenda of the constituent assembly was as follows:
1. Welcome of the host - representative of the Institute of Economic Sciences
2. Briefing of the initiator of IIBA Serbia branch establishment & presentation of work plan – Mr. Vladimir Manić
3. Chapter kick-off – The address of IIBA representative - Kevin Brennan, IIBA Chief Business Analyst & Executive Vice President
4. Operational activities (IIBA members):
    1. Adoption of the Statute
    2. Adoption of the Decision on Constituent Initial Board
    3. Adoption of the Decision on positions in the Initial Board
    4. Adoption of the Decision on an annuity
    5. Adoption of the schedule for 2012 & 2013
    6. Foundation of Working group for interpretation IIBA BABOK
    7. Ratifying of founding acts
