IES researchers attended the seminar in Serbian Chamber of Commerce
On Friday, 6th April 2012, IEN researchers Aleksandra Bradić-Martinović, Ph.D. and Saša Milivojević attended the seminar "Status of candidate and the impact on competition – what makes a new European dimension" in the Serbian Chamber of Commerce.
Participants were representatives of state and judicial authorities, as well as a number of companies that are organized in their group at the SCC.
Keynote presentations were given by Mr. Miloš Bugarin, Serbian Chamber of Commerce President, Miroljub Labus, Ph.D. and Dijana Markovic-Bajalović, Ph.D. former president of the Commission for competition protection. The moderator of the meeting was Mr. Miroslav Miletić, Vice President of SCC.
The leading speaker at the seminar was Mr. Andrej Plahutnik, an expert on the protection of competition. Mr. Plahutnik talked about the legal regulations in the EU and Serbia, the EU sector inquiry, analysis, and practice of the European Commission and the European Court of Justice.
