Alongside prof. dr Dejan Erić, dr Marko Malović, Dragan Filimonović and Ivana Stanković also participated at the Conference.

Prof. Erić had a remarkable exhibition and was the moderator of the first conference panel addresed to analysis of current situation and understanding of directions for future development of higher education in the Republic of Serbia. Panelists included representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development, the National Employment Service, University of Belgrade, University of Niš and the National Tempus Office in Serbia.

Moderator of the second panel titled \"Creating offer and its compliance with labor market demand\" was Dr. Marko Malovic who also had a remarkable exhibition. Speakers of the panel were representatives of business and student organizations.

The objective of the conference was to gather representatives of state and private universities, student associations, employers, employment agencies and the Government in order to exchange information about the current situation and ideas about improving communication and interaction between institutions of higher education and the labour market. The conference also addressed questions of a reform in higher education in the context of the EU integration, with reference to relevant experiences in member states.
