The first meeting of the Working group

On December 23, the first meeting was held at the Institute premises of the Working group engaged in the project of Establishing a dialogue between the community of researchers and decision-makers in the social science field in Serbia within the Regional Research Promotion Program for the Western Balkans.

The main aim of establishing the dialogue is as follows:

1. Improvement of the quality of scientific and research work in the field of social science
2. Application of research in the field of social sciences in the function of socio-economic development of the country

Specific goals of the project are directed towards resisting challenges the researchers in the field of social science encounter, such as the m of valuation of scientific and research work, issues of young researchers, research funding (with the focus on application and interdisciplinary approach), establishing an association of researchers in the field of social science, etc.
