Roundtable “Active Measures of Employment Policy - Labour Market, Labour Economics and Economic Trends”

On 2 February 2011, the IES organized a roundtable "Active Measures of Employment Policy - Labour Market, Labour Economics and Economic Trends".

The meeting was opened and welcomed by Dr. Ivan Stošić, Assistant Director of the IES and the regional representative of RRPP. The introductory lectures were held by: Dr. John Zubović, Scientific Associate of the IES, Svetlana Aksentijević from the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development, Milan Đuretanović from the National Employment Service, and Jelena Milovanović from SIPRI (Team for social inclusion and poverty reduction). The colleagues from the Faculty of Economics in Subotica and Kragujevac, colleagues from universities, and representatives of Educons SSSS took part in the discussion. The team of IES researchers got full support from the Ministry for the realization of the RRPP project and they agreed on further activities in joint research in this field of economics.
