Draško Nikolić attended summer school European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies
IES Junior Researcher Draško Nikolić attended summer school European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies - EFFAS held in Madrid from 6-9 July 2009 under the sponsorship of Santander Financial Group.
The lectures and workshops were held on the premises of the Corporate Learning and Knowledge Centre, situated in Santander Financial City).
A significant number of academics and professionals in the field of financial analysis took part in the work of summer school. Issues such as the effects of the financial crisis on the world economy, and liquidity and accounting standards problems were discussed during the lectures. In parallel workshops, the lecturers and participants discussed the specific problems regarding financial instruments, portfolio strategies, and corporate finance valuation.
