Round table
On 18 March 2010, Belgrade Banking Academy and the Institute of Economic Sciences organized a round table on EMPLOYMENT PERSPECTIVES AND NEW PROFESSIONAL DEMANDS OF FINANCIAL SECTOR. The objectives of the scientific and professional discussion were to examine the prospects of employment in the financial sector of Serbia, especially in light of the global financial and economic crisis and the transformed financial sector of Serbia. The objectives of the discussion were also to identify the new professional requirements of banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions regarding the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary for the successful performing of complex tasks in this business sector
