London School of Economics and Political Science) Alumni Association started at IES and BBA. The beginning of its work was officially marked on 27 November.

A large number of association members, researchers and professors of IES and BBA, and guests were first  first addressed by His Excellency Mr Stephen Wordsworth, Ambassador of Great Britain in Serbia. He stressed  the great importance of associations in linking the two countries. After that, the President of Serbian LSE Alumni Association Prof. Dr. Ismail Musabegović recalled a brief history of LSE, the latest achievements and significance of education on the LSE students from Serbia.
 
The central part of the event was the lecture held by Prof. Dr. Spyros Economides, Senior Lecturer at LSE on \'Thee Western Balkans Integration and the EU after the Lisbon Treaty\".
 
After many questions, Professor Dejan Erić, Director of the Institute addressed the audience as a host representative ,pointing out  that Serbian LSE alumni association\'s location in BBA & IES  premises is a great honor but an obligation in contributing to the Association\'s goals achievement and to  further cooperation development and promotion of LSE in Serbia and the region.
