Dr Loewendahl held the second presentation on the topic \"Best Practices in Investment Promotion and Retention – Results of the IPA Survey by the FT“.  

In the afternoon session mr Florindo Blandolino from the Italian Trade Commission in Ljubljana held a presentation of the Italian Institute for Foreign Trade - ICE PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES: Planning, Financing, Tools to support Italian companies.

In the closing ceremony dr Štefan Bogdan Šalej addressed the participants with an invitation to establish long term cooperation with ICPE in all areas of their operations

Dr Zubović has used free time to have a meeting with Dr Henry Loewendahl from the fDi Intelligence, Financial Times, who had visited Belgrade in 2003 on a mission of improving the effectiveness of SIEPA activities. During a meeting they agreed that there is a need for a new visit of Dr Loewendhal to Belgrade, this time in organization of the Institute of Economic Sciences.

After the completion of the Seminar, Dr Zubović visited the Economic Faculty in Ljubljana where he met Rebeka Koncilja, Head of the Scientific Research Department of the Economic Faculty in Ljubljana. During a meeting they agreed to strengthen cooperation between two institutions in the area of joint participation in FP7 projects of European Commission.

The second day of the seminar started with Dr Henry Loewendahl’s comprehensive presentation of Financial Times 2009 research results about the trends in Greenfield investments as a result of the economic crisis.
