Visit to the Fontanafredda estate
In the afternoon the IES and BBA associates accompained by Professor Dutto visited the wineyards of the province Pollenzo and wine cellar Contessa Rossa in Serralunga d'Alba. The guests were acquainted with the history of the wine production development in one of the oldest wine cellars of this part of Italy.
