II international gathering from cycle "Soul of Europe"

At the second international gathering from the cycle "Soul of Europe" held in Belgrade on 3-4 October, the inspirational debate on democracy culture, models for concrete cooperation on local, regional and European levels, as well as on benefits from civil society and culture integration into business strategy on the local and regional level was held. Professor Dragan Milinković was the representative of the Institute.

Professor D. Milinković, the representative of the IES at this gathering, talked to Slovenian officials – Helena Drnovšek-Zorko, Head of the Department for International Relations in Culture within the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia and Jelko Kacin, member of the European Parliament, in charge for the East European region, about the possibilities for new projects. The talks will be realized in Ljubljana. The IES delegation will visit Slovenia soon and talk to Slovenian colleagues about many issues of planned scientific and research cooperation.
