BBA and IES delegation visited Budapest

Professor HasanHanić, PhD, Dean of BBA and Professor Dejan Erić, PhD, Director of IES, visited Budapest from 15-18 February 2008.

Professor Hasan Hanić, PhD, Dean of BBA and Professor Dejan Eric, PhD Director of IES & Professor at BBA, visited Hungarian Financial Supervisory Authority (HFSA). They had talks with Mr Peter Schiffer, PhD, Deputy Director General and Arpad Kiraly, PhD, Head of the Department of EU and International Affairs, about possibilities for cooperation between FINRA International, University of Reading - ICMA Center and BBA/IES with HFSA.

Professor Hasan Hanić, PhD, Dean of BBA & Professor Dejan Erić, PhD, Director of IES and Professor at BBA, met Attila Toth, Director of Business Development and Communications Division (Budapest Stock Exchange - BSE) and talked about cooperation in different fields of interest.

The Proctor of University Union and Dean of BBA, Professor Hanic, & Professor Erić, Director of IES, talked to Professor Tamas Meszaros, PhD, Rector of University Corvinus and Professor Peter Szirmai, PhD, Director of Regional Centre for Research and Development about the possibilities for future cooperation in the field of teaching and research. BBA and IES delegation members visited the International Traing Center for Bankers - Bankarkepzo, and talked to Mr Bela Ocsi, Deputy CEO and one of the partners, Ms Erzsebet Vincze, about future cooperation.

At the end of their visit to Budapest, professors Hanić and Erić visited the Central European University.
