Capital Markets Program

The course will be taught by professionals from NASD, the University of Reading, the BBA, the Belgrade Stock Exchange, the Serbian Securities Commission, and the investment bank Seymour Pierce.

Program overview

The Capital Markets Program provides a survey of capital market issues - how capital markets function, products sold and terminology used, and the importance of regulation and investor protection. The program uses various teaching methods, including lectures, panel discussions, illustrative examples, and participant interaction, to help attendees quickly grasp and internalize new knowledge.

The Capital Markets Program coursework will provide participants with the following:

• a core of capital market industry knowledge;
• product-specific expertise; and
• an understanding of the regulatory environment.
