The conference was opened by Professor PhD Dejan Erić, Director of the Institute of Economic Sciences. The introductory lectures were held by: His Excellency Mr. Luis de Almeida Sampaio, Portugal's ambassador to Serbia, PhD Viktor Nedovic, Deputy Minister of Science and Technological Development, Prof. Hasan Hanić, President of the Belgrade Banking Academy and Prof. Dr João Sousa Andrade, Professor, University of Coimbra.
