The role of researchers in providing analytical support in the process of Serbia

On the 10^th July 2017.  was held panel conference titled ,,The role of researchers in providing analytical support in the process of Serbia’s accession to the EU’’. The purpose of this conference was to provide the participants with the necessary information to understand the importance of involving the wider professional public, primarily the researchers, into the process of analytical support for EU accession negotiations. Models of potential involvement of researchers in the preparation of analytical documents necessary for more effective negotiation with the EU have been presented.

The speakers were: Tanja Miščević, Head of the Negotiating Team for Negotiating the Accession of the Republic of Serbia to the European Union; Viktor Nedovič, Minister Assistant, Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development; Dusko Blagojevic, President of the Institute of Serbia and  Jovan Zubović, director of the Institute of Economic Sciences.
