Zvonimir Marović, PhD
Zvonimir Marović (1941) was born in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina). He finished elementary school and high school in Mostar. He graduated in 1965 at the Faculty of Economics University of Sarajevo and received a master's degree in 1969 in the USA at the University of Rhode Island, Kingston. He received his doctorate in 1976 at the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarajevo, defending his doctoral dissertation "Simulation models and their economic significance." His field of research was the economics of natural resources, price parity, planning, and simulation models. His notable works include Demand function for agricultural and food products (1972), and Simulation models of the possibility of experimental verification of system solutions (1981).
