International Scientific Conference "Economic Sciences on the Crossroad" on the Occasion of the 55th Anniversary of IES
On 4th December, The Insitute of Economic Sciences in Belgrade held the first day of the international scientific conference "Economic Sciences on the Crossroad" on the occasion of the 55th anniversary of the Institute. The conference was attended by more than 100 researchers from the WB region across Europe, Tunisia, Algeria and Russia.
Programme
In the first-day opening s,session participants had the opportunity to hear the following:
- Mr Dejan Erić, director of the Institute of Economic Sciences, Belgrade
- Ms Biljana Angelova, Director of Economic institute Skopje, SEEA
- Claude Berthomieu, President of CEMAFI International
The plenary session is held after the welcome address. Experts are saying exciting information about current economic issues variousety of areas: Nominal convergence and accurate exchange misalignments in the European Union, Economic integration of Serbia in the European Union. Salem Kanoun held a presentation about" „The sustainability of external adjustment process Tunisia: Lessons for pos" and „Arab Spri " revolution policies. Pal Belenyesi spoke about" „Recent modifications Hungary´s regulatory framework for water service provision- is efficiency behind the change "s“.
During the day, fifty papers were presented in seven sessions.

- Labour market and Innovation.
