The European Commission website (Executive Agency Education, Audiovisual and Culture – EACEA) sannounced the results of the second Tempus project tender which was closed on 28 April 2009. The total number of approved projects, financed by the European Commission is 69 out of which 13 projects are for Serbia. One of the selected projects is the project: Master d'études européennes à double diplomation en Serbie". The Institute of Economic Sciences is a partner institution on this project. The grant applicant is the University of Nice - Sophia Antipolis, IES partner for many tears. The other partner institutions are as follows: University in Freiburg (Germany), University of Koimbra (Portugal), University of Novi Sad, University of Belgrade, University of Nis, and University Singidunum. The team coordinator of the IES on this project is Srdjan Redžepagić, IES Executive Chief Officer. The Institute will try, as much as possible, to contribute to better implementation of Tempus project in Serbia in the next three year.

The Belgrade Banking Academy in the year 2007 was awarded with Tempus program Business University of the New Age in Serbia: the BBA (JEP_41034_2006) which will be organized in cooperation with the University of Turin (SAA, Torino) and the University of Seville (Universidad de Sevilla).
