Steve A. Quarrie PhD, Director of the Consultative Bureau for International Projects of the Department for International Scientific and Technological Cooperation of the Ministry of Science and Technology of the RS and Mr. Richard Simmons Lecturer in Social Policy, University of Stirling, Scotland UK visited the Institute of Economic Sciences on September, 6th 2010.
