BBA Professors working visits to SAA Turin: Visit of Živka Pržulj, PhD, Full Professor

Visit period: September 14-27, 2008
Activities: Developing syllabus for subject Human Resource Management with planned MBA curriculum

Professor Živka Pržulj and Professor Ganpiero Bigando, who teaches HRM on SAA and Technical faculty in Milan, analyzed experiences in teaching HRM while concentrating on similarities, differences and possibilities of job share under the umbrella of MBA studies project by BBA Belgrade and SAA Torino. They specifically looked into cultural effects on HRM as well as economic, political and developmental circumstances in the environment.

A core of this scientific discipline that should be a starting point for further specific development and adaptation was identified. This could be the subject of joint curriculum..

The teaching methods and the modalities of connecting theoretical aspects of the course with practical experiences were shared.

During her visit with SAA Turin, Professor Živka Pržulj familiarized herself with the programs, methods and conditions of the teaching and literature used for the course.
