Round table Employment Perspectives and New Professional Demands of Financial Sector

The objectives of scientific and professional discussion were to examine the prospects of employment in the financial sector of Serbia, especially in light of global financial and economic crisis and transformed financial sector of Serbia. The objectives of discussion were also to identify the new professional requirements of banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions regarding the knowledge, skills and competencies necessary for successful performing of  complex tasks in this business sector.
