Professor Dragan Milinković Fimon on study trip in USA

Professor Dragan Milinković Filmon, Research Fellow of the IES, and Head of Department for Culture Economics, has recently come back from study trip to USA where he was the film jury President  at International film festival "Short Fest" in Palm Springs  from 21-27 August.

He gave a master lecture “Cinematography Economics and Global Film Market” to the participants of Festival Forum and Film Market. He also gave the similar lecture at Loyola Marimont  University in LA. His lectures were the great contribution to applied economics discipline development in the field of producer model of film production.

During his stay in California Mr Milinković, beside the famous theatre “Kodak”, (the place of Oscar ceremony),  visited other places of Hollywood film Imperia. He also was the guest of the Governor of California and popular film star Arnold Schwarzenegger.
