Dr. Srdjan Redžepagić, Deputy Director of IES gave a presentation on university cooperation between European and Balkan universities (during his stay, and within the implementation of the Tempus project MEUTUDES).


In the framework of the Tempus project MEUTUDES realization, Dr. Eric Djamakorzian, Director of the University of Nice Sophia Antpolis visited Belgrade.


In the framework of the Tempus project MEUTUDES implementation, Prof. Dr. Dejan Erić, Director of the Institute and  Dr. Srdjan Redžepagić, Deputy Director had several working meetings at the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis and  the  modalities for further development of the project and its implementation in Serbia were defined. In the framework of the Tempus project "MEUTUDES" realization (IES is a partner), Srdjan Redžepagić, IES Assistant Director and Chief Coordinator of the project for the partners in Serbia, participated actively at the fourth meeting of this project, which was held from 14-17 September at the University of Coimbra, Portugal.


The representatives of the IES and all other partner institutions engaged in the Tempus project MEUTUDES had the third plenary meeting of the project, which was held fom 3-6 May 2011 at the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis.


On 3 December 2010, the meeting on realization of TEMPUS project MEUTUDES, with the Institute as a partner institution, was held in Novi Sad.


Dr. Ivan Stošić and Dr. Srdjan Redžepagić visited the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis within the implementation of the Tempus project MEUTUDES, the IES being the partner institution.
Within the realization of the Tempus project "Master d'Etudes européennes à double diplomation en Serbie" in which the Institute of Economic Sciences is the partner institution, junior research Aleksandar Zdravković jstayed at the University of Nice - Sophia Antipolis.

TEMPUS Project Started Officially

By series of meetings of representatives of all partners - the participants of Tempus project no. 158885-TEMPUS-1-2009-FR-TEMPUS-JRCR titled "MASTER D'ÉTUDES EUROPÉENNES À DOUBLE DIPLOMATION EN SERBIE", held on 11 and 12 March 2010 in Nice, France, the implementation of the project in which the Institute of Economic Sciences has a significant share started officially.


The European Commission web site (Executive Agency Education, Audiovisual and Culture – EACEA) announced the results of the second Tempus project tender which was closed on 28 April 2009. The total number of approved projects, financed by the European Commission is 69 out of which 13 projects are for Serbia. One of the selected projects is the project: Master d'études européennes à double diplomation en Serbie". The Institute of Economic Sciences is a partner institution on this project. The grant applicant is the University of Nice –Sophia Antipolis, IES partner for many tears. The other partner institutions are as follows: University in Freiburg (Germany), University of Koimbra (Portugal), University of Novi Sad, University of Belgrade, University of Nis, and University Singidunum. The team coordinator of the IES on this project is Srdjan Redžepagić, IES Deputy Director. The Institute will try, as much as possible, to contribute to better implementation of Tempus project in Serbia in the next three year.
